• Time Limit: Returns are only accepted within 10-12 business days.
• Defect/Damage: Returns are accepted only in case of any damage or defect in the product. Customer just needs to email us photos of the product to ensure about the damage or defect before processing for return. We woll refund full amount in case of defect/damage.
• Sizing Issue: In case of any sizing issue from buyer side, 30% payment will be deducted from your total paid amount. if we deliver wrong size, we will refund full amount and product will be returned.
• Product Condition: Product must be returned in his original condition and similar packing.
• Shipping: Customer will pay for the shipping in case of return.
• Order Cancelation: if order cancelation is claimed in 24 hours after placing the order, customer has to pay Paypal fees conversion charges.
